Contrast...... No I won't bore you with that term.Let me explain in simple terms. Contrast is a term used to define the difference btw the bright and dark colours of any subject.....see, simples 😉.
A well styled contrast outfit can be your best friend or your enemy if you get it all wrong with colour but show all kinds of suave when its done right.
So, for example, with navy blue pants, you can mix that with a light pink blazer and and you get all kind of awesomeness! (Joking 🙃) but really you will get a great combo out of that.
Just so you know it's not fluke, let assume another set of variables, this time, Dark Green Pants with Light blue pants! Now to the Point!
Beige and Blue Contrast.
Its Spring time... and all the colours start to come out. Now its time to play with colours and tones without feeling uncomfortable or loud.
The light Blue shirt and the Beige pieces gives off a low contrast tone for this wear. I could have used a white shirt( even thought the contrast isn't much in tonal different compared to the light blue) but if I am going for a smooth roll off then the blue gives a softer feel to the general outfit.
You can play around with light or mid colours to get the smooth roll off when it comes to contrast. So, light blue, Light Brown, Light green.....anything light :) would work as long as you keep the tonal range small.
